How Much It Costs

Our current residential rates include:

  • Single bedroom with en-suite bathroom  (shower or bath/shower depending on availability)
  • WiFi
  • TV
  • Refrigerator
  • Breakfast buffet and evening meal daily
  • Reception services
  • Room servicing
  • Bedlinen and bathroom towels changed weekly
  • Communal facilities including lounge, bar and garden
  • Storage facilities

We have a limited number of suites for single occupancy, shared suites and double rooms,
plus we offer discounts for 6, 9 or 12 month stays paid fully in advance.

Standard Room Residential Rate:

£364 per week (£52 per day) for first 13 weeks. £329 per week (£47 per day) after 13 weeks.

Superior Room Residential Rate:

£399 per week (£57 per day) for first 13 weeks. £364 per week (£52 per day) after 13 weeks.  

We also have Visitor Rates from £95 per night for bed & breakfast for short term stays.

There are no additional charges for taxes/utilities. VAT is included at the prevailing rate where relevant on accommodation and services.  A deposit payment is required to secure a booking. The deposit will be held until departure and returned subject to the accommodation being left in a satisfactory rate and all bills being paid up to date.

Licence Agreement

Please ensure you read our LICENCE AGREEMENT which includes details of our legally binding WEEKLY LICENCE AGREEMENT, TERMS & CONDITIONS and our HOUSE RULES. You will be asked acknowledge that you have read these details when you apply and will be asked to sign an AGREEMENT on arrival.

An APPLICATION FORM must be completed prior to acceptance for residential bookings. Contact details for next of kin or another nominated contact will be required and you will be asked for show proof of your identity on arrival.

NOTICE PERIOD:  The General Manager, on behalf of the Association, reserves the right to terminate the AGREEMENT of any resident or visitor by giving at least 7 days’ notice to that effect in writing and shall not be required to give any reason for such notice.

How Large Is A Resident’s Room?

Nearly all of our rooms are compact singles with an en-suite bathroom. The average size of the bedroom area is around 4m by 2.5 m (10 sq m) or around 13ft x 8ft, plus there is a small lobby of around one square metre and additional space for the built in storage. The standard bathroom is approximately 1.5m by 1.5m (just under 5ft by 5ft). We have a very limited number of double rooms and suites that vary in size.

Is Internet Provided?

Our Wifi service in included and is available in residents’ rooms as well as most communal areas including the lounge. Reception will provide a password when you check in.

Do You Provide Towels And Sheets?

We provide a hand towel, bath towel, bath mat and sheets and all beds also have one warm blanket and a quilted cover. Sheets and towels are changed by house-keeping once a week. Other bathroom essentials included are soap and toilet paper for when you first arrive.

What Are The Laundry Facilities?

In addition to the weekly laundry service (for Vincent House bed-linen and towels only), we have a small launderette for residents’ personal use. This has efficient washing machines and dryers suitable for personal laundry. A normal wash costs £3 and the dryer is 50p for 20 minutes. We do not provide washing powders/liquids. We provide an iron/ironing board in Superior rooms. If staying in a Standard room, we have a limited number of irons and ironing boards to loan to residents (for short periods only) on payment of a refundable deposit of £10.

Is There A Hairdryer In The Room?

A hairdryer is provided in superior rooms only.

What Time Are The Meals Served?

Breakfast is served from 7-9am Monday-Friday, 8-9.30am on Saturday and 8-10.30am on Sunday. Dinner is served 7-8.30pm Monday – Friday and 7-8pm on Saturday & Sunday. For more information see meals.

I Am Staying As A Visitor And Dinner Is Not Included. Can I Choose To Have Dinner?

Yes. You will be charged at the daily rate for dinner. This is £15. Guests can also join residents for dinner at a charge of £15 (£10 for breakfast). For more information see meals.

Do You Provide Personal Cooking Facilities Or A Residents’ Kitchen?

No. There are no cooking facilities for residents’ use and we also do not allow the use of any personal cooking items in the room. Residents can consume food, including take-away or home-delivery meals, either in their rooms (at any time), the communal dining room (excluding the times when breakfast or dinner is served) or in the garden. Is There A Discount If I Am Away From The House?

If you are away from the House for a period longer than two weeks during the term of your residency we will deduct a proportion of your service charge on the days you are away. Please ask reception for details or e-mail reception@vincenthouse.london.

How Easy Is It To Get To Vincent House From Heathrow Or Gatwick Airports?

Vincent House is located very close to Notting Hill Gate underground station. From Heathrow Airport you can choose to take the tube (Piccadilly line and change at Earls Court for the District line) or the Heathrow Express to Paddington mainline station, which is a few minutes away either by tube, bus or taxi. If travelling from Gatwick Airport,take the Gatwick Express to Victoria mainline station and then onto Notting Hill Gate either by tube, bus or taxi.
