After many years of welcoming residents and guests, we are sorry to announce that Vincent House is closing as the building is being sold.

As a result, we are no longer accepting new bookings or reservations.

We would like to thank all our residents, guests and visitors for their support and for being part of the Vincent House community over the years. It has been a privilege to welcome so many people through our doors, and we are very grateful for the wonderful memories created here.

We wish all our past and present residents and guests every happiness and success for the future.

Secure and peaceful residential service in central London

Just because you’re not staying forever doesn’t mean it shouldn’t feel like home.

Conveniently nestled in the leafy heart of London’s famous Notting Hill, Vincent House is the ideal place to stay medium to long term in the capital. Coupling immediate access around the city with a secluded, quiet neighbourhood, you’ll find yourself immediately settled and comfortable.

The building itself retains the charming art moderne style of the 1930’s but is equipped with contemporary features and furnishings. Relax with a drink or game of snooker in our cosy bar and lounge or spend some quality time with our resident cat Gigi. You can also enjoy a meal in our dining room or savour some fresh air in our gorgeous private garden.

Vincent House has been redesigned from the ground up to give you the comfort and convenience you expect from central London, while retaining your space to make it feel like home while staying in the capital.

    With an average bedroom size of 4x2.5m and additional built-in storage you can enjoy your personal space with space to spare!

    Coupling unrivalled access around the city with quiet green spaces, our location in London’s famous Notting Hill makes for a perfect home away from home. With renowned London landmarks like Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, Portobello Road market, and Westfield shopping centre already on our doorstep, there’s also immediate access to the rest of the city via public transport.

    With Notting Hill Gate underground station only a few minutes’ walk away, the capital is yours to easily explore. Along with easy access to and from Heathrow Airport, there are multiple bus links serving Oxford Street, Piccadilly, Westminster, Victoria, the West End, and more.

    Closer to home, Vincent House sits snugly off Pembridge Square Gardens, one of London’s historic garden squares. A gorgeous, quiet residential area featuring a collection of boutique shops and eateries, it’s the perfect neighbourhood to return to after a long day.
